About the Practice
​With an attention on balancing energies and easing into peaceful awareness, students are softly guided towards deep rest. 

From this restful place the body and mind slowly release the energies of ‘fight or flight’ mode. The true self is then naturally allowed to emerge and experience a more open, gentle, and compassionate way of being.
