Arash Dastranj-Sedghi's experience spans from the field of contemplative arts, movement therapy, bodywork, dance, yoga to cognitive and computer science. Explorations in consciousness have always played the central role in his life. His journey started from a rationalist studying Artificial Intelligence and continued on to spiritual seeking and his personal experience of the many teachings and their common truth. On this journey he gained insights into the continuum of consciousness - embodiment and the disciplines that transform it. Now he shares his experience in a simple, direct and practical way.
"One night as I and my roommate were lying in our beds, we were talking about our future fields of study at University. I was going to choose Computer Science and I was telling him about Artificial Intelligence and how it could change the world. My friend asked me what I thought the future holds for human existence. Without much thought I told him people will turn themselves into light to become immortal and take any shape they want. At that time I was a steadfast rationalist and the closest I had come to study a spiritual text was the mandatory study of Rumi's poetry in middle school in Iran, it sounded utterly absurd to my pre-teen consciousness."

Mige A. Germann graduating from the Theater School in Amsterdam, danced professionally in Europe. A series of injuries led her to practice yoga, Alexander technique, Feldenkrais and other movement systems. As a client of various bodywork modalities she experienced a new world of internal movement. Studies in shiatsu, craniosacral therapy introduced her to the psychosomatic view of health. As she learned and experienced Arash's perspective a fundamental change occurred that transcended and integrated all previous understanding.
