A Typical Day
A typical day has two sessions. It has an extended guided movement period, listening practices, guided and free explorations, presentations and lectures, hands-on practice, question and answer sessions and good laughs when we take ourselves too seriously.
A Sample Session
Listening practices bring about a state of presence that initiates a natural unwinding through our body/being , this unwinding is the cue for our movement. Guided whole body movements are focused on finding transitions and exploring movement potential. Transitions guide us to move through areas of sensory gaps, that we may not visit if we were to assume a posture or if we moved in our habitual ways. As the body unwinds and awareness expands, we integrate, move more vigorously and transition more dynamically through progressively challenging positions.
