Coming to Sedona

Stillness Moves school of Embodiment is based in Sedona Arizona, see upcoming Sedona workshops. The workshops are held in the Village of Oak Creek (VOC) 6 miles south of Sedona's center, in the Red Rock Country, and in walking distance to famous Bell Rock hiking trails. Staying in VOC may be more affordable and you can walk to places to eat, stores and to the workshop. For a list of hotels, restaurants and the workshop location see map.

Renting a car, if you are flying, may be a good idea since it is only slightly more expensive than Sedona Phoenix Shuttle (approx. $85 round-trip) and it allows you to get around and explore.

Flying

The closest airport is in Phoenix about 2 hours south. From Phoenix airport you can either take the Sedona Phoenix Shuttle or rent a car. You may also fly to Las Vegas and drive 4 1/2 hours south east (passing Grand Canyon) to Sedona, or fly to either of the big airports and take off from the other.
